  Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

  Free transfer from the pier to the hotel. Nice hotel, clean, beautiful pool and just next to a lovely bay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant services good food and everything is fresh. - -The location is awesome. -The staff at the hotel and the neighboring restaurant were always very attentive, friendly, courteous and always smiling... was die leute sagen » .   Excellent room with bathtub on balcony overlooking bay. lovely hotel, infinity pool and bar/restaurant perched on top of koa tao. Free bus down to beach, but only couple minute walk. shark bay around corner but good snorkeling and swimming of hotel beach - Rooms were lovely, big beds! Great location and views around the island!!
