  We were collected from the ferry port (make sure you email them before and ask for this) and driven straight to the villa where we were greeted by Winnie who was incredibly friendly and helpful.   Location of this hotel is fantastic. Located at the end of Sairee Beach, it is close enough to the action, but far enough away to avoid the noise at night. We stayed in a roof top villa which was excellent. Decor of the room was quirky and the outside bathroom was a nice feature. Its far from downtown but you have 2daily free transfers from the hotel, at 8.30 am and 1.30pm, so good to take them if u want to visit the center of ko tao.   Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

There is a guy from Birmania working in the reception, that he's an excelent person. He helped us a lot with everything!
