  Beautiful hotel with lots of character! Staff and owner are incredibly friendly. Chiang Mai and our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Thailand.   I had a fantastic time at Rich Lanna House. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were always ready to answer my questions and give me advice. The free bicycles are great, I used one every day to go to wandering around Chiang Mai and to the Night Bazaar. Breakfast was great. The room was really comfortable. We planned to go to the hotel we prebooked after the days we would spend at the Rich Lanna, but cancelled the prebooked hotel and continue to stay here. It made our visit to Chiang Mai perfect!
