  The staff was extremely helpful with every need. I am disabled and travel with a medium sized Service Dog. This is unusual in Thailand, but they were wonderful. When I lost my camera. They found it and brought it to me, even though there was no longer room available for me at their hotel.

  Our flights were rescheduled with airasia which meant we needed to stay somewhere neer Krabi airport for one night and we chose this hotel away from the Main Street but knew there was a free shuttle bus every hour (takes 5-10 mins) which allowed us to stay in tranquility with cliff views and head to the main area where we could get the 15 min boat... was die leute sagen » to railay and then enjoy the many bars on the evening. Close to the shops and some excellent restaurants at very reasonable prices. Very helpful tour organiser and close to treakking, snorkelling and the islands.   what we like most is the swimming pool. had been swimming everyday throughout our stay. Location of the hotel was near the street food and its convenient to get local food at cheap prices. If u want to go krabi town area, There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. - It's in a perfect location near by the sea and market with quite environment. In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent.   We recently stayed at the L and found it to be extremely comfortable, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and felt like 'home away from home'. Clean and neat with a wonderful spa bath that we definitely underutilized! Service is fair, don't expect the staff would do a lot of services to you without asking because they don't know a lot of English.
