  Beautiful hotel, nicely nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Rooms are spotless and impossible to find fault with. The pool is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and forthcoming.   The staff was extremely helpful with every need. I am disabled and travel with a medium sized Service Dog. This is unusual in Thailand, but they were wonderful. When I lost my camera. They found it and brought it to me, even though there was no longer room available for me at their hotel.

  Our flights were rescheduled with airasia which meant we needed to stay somewhere neer Krabi airport for one night and we chose this hotel away from the Main Street but knew there was a free shuttle bus every hour (takes 5-10 mins) which allowed us to stay in tranquility with cliff views and head to the main area where we could get the 15 min boat... ce que les gens disent » to railay and then enjoy the many bars on the evening. Close to the shops and some excellent restaurants at very reasonable prices. Very helpful tour organiser and close to treakking, snorkelling and the islands.   what we like most is the swimming pool. had been swimming everyday throughout our stay. Location of the hotel was near the street food and its convenient to get local food at cheap prices. If u want to go krabi town area, There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. - It's in a perfect location near by the sea and market with quite environment.   Location: close to the busy beaches but in a quiet place. THe cliffs behind the hotel were amazing.. Staff was very nice. In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent.   We recently stayed at the L and found it to be extremely comfortable, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and felt like 'home away from home'. Clean and neat with a wonderful spa bath that we definitely underutilized! Everything was within easy reach of the L - an easy walk or tuk-tuk ride away. W - The location and the incredibly friendly and co-operative staff and the facilities and the access to some many other retail and recreational outlets. The pool is excellent and the fact that the hotel provides IPADs to all guests was a real bonus. Finally, the food exceeded our expectations.

  This hotel was a great little find. From the outside it might not look like much, but the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The restaurant next door is also very nice and cheap run by a lovely local family. - The room is very clean and the price is really good. Room is clean and very tidy, with a little bacony. Service is fair, don't expect the staff would do a lot of services to you without asking because they don't know a lot of English. Also Krabi is a place still developing in Thailand, when it compared with Bangkok and Phuket. Overall is very very good.
