  The ladies are lovely and most welcoming. It is a beautifully maintained facility. The room is artistically decorated and looks lavish. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious and very well done up. Even though we had to leave very early, the owners made breakfast including fresh juice.   I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location.   We had a wonderful 4-days stay at the charming and elegant Villa Lucrezia!!!. We loved it !!! The apartment is big and extremely comfortable with seperate bedroom, big and comfortable kitchen and big h - We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.
