The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Not only clean, but artistically decored. Friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfasts. Recommend to all. I have stayed there with my family (including 2 y.o. baby) and the place met my needs perfectly! however I have seen 2 or 3 couples so I assume that would suffice for romantic weekend as well ;)

Villa Aruch is an excellent property to stay at. Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. They showed us to our room, helped us with our bags, offered to call a cab for us, showed us places to go on the map, and offered their services 24 hours a day. They made us feel very much at home. I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, very homey, and very well kept.

Villa is perfect place for those that look autenthic experience in Toscana. Quiet, close by Florence, Pisa, Sienna... and after active day outside you may enjoy beautiful garden and view. We had quadruple room which is very comfortable. While some people may find anoying that staff do speak only Italian, we find it cute and enjoyed conversation :-

The location is perfect! You are near to the center (Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery are in 10 min by foot), but far from crazy tourists crowds.
The stuff is just great! Marco and Vicky (hope I wrote correctly their names!) helped us a lot when we asked to find us the tickets to the Fiorentina's game against Milan just one day before the match!

At first sight, it's hard to imagine the hotel in apartment building but after entering, we're impressed by the warm welcome and very helpful staffs, thank you Ludovica and Mario.
Avalability of private parking does help us a lot.
Great location, not so far from the heart of Florence by walking or by bus.
