  This aparment very clean, comfortable and a relaxing home away from home. The owner Clara is a fantastic host and was very helpful with everything we needed including organising us tickets to skip the long lines to all the museums that we wanted to see. I would definitely sta - My apartment was large and well appointed the location at the entrance if the Baboli gardens was perfect and seated as it was in a residential area only a short walk to all the sites if Florence and very close to some superb restaurants. Clara was available at the end of a phone for an advice and she's generously helped me to book ahead my way out of the queue. The apartment was the perfect antidote to tourist congestion.

  The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. The value for the price is ideal. - The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!
