  I stayed with a group of friends at the above hotel and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal providing a relaxed,warm and stress-free environment. The staff were most helpful and friendly. On both evenings we ate in the restaurant and on both occasions the food was delicious.   The friendliness of the staff. There was a mix up with my booking and it was cancelled by accident. The lady we dealt with, Teresa I think her name was,went out of her way to ensure that we were able to stay there the weekend. An excellent example of customer service! It was so relaxing and i had the best nights sleep for a while even though there was a wearing party there was no noise.
