  The staff at reception was very friendly, engaging and professional. The girls were bubbly just enough and made you feel welcome when you arrived. The next morning they spotted we had been charged for breakfast when we should not and had all the receipt for the refund ready when we came back from breakfast. Breakfast lovely (continental) -big plus for Premier Inn was that I could order porridge, and it was lovely, good quality, cooked well. Fruit choice very good. Good for other meals too, compared to the one beside London Eye, which did not score with us for meals.We will return here, asap.

As there is no lift the receptionist even suggested a room on the ground floor. The menu in the restaurant was varied and had good options for all 3 of us. The location is great, just off the ring road around Coleraine. This was very handy as we were sightseeing along the North east coast. We found the staff were very friendly and helpful and even

  The accommodation is up a steep hill so although only a mile from the city centre provided good exercise. Owner was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much - Local sold across road good. 5 minutes to wall by car. Good service when we phoned to see what the story was with the booking.
