  Mary was a wonderful host. Greeted us with open arms as soon a we walked in the door. She told us everything we needed to know about the area from where to catch the bus to the best places to eat & drink. She also made us a delicious irish breakfast in the morning. Our room was the perfect size with a small bathroom, perfect for a short stay. The area and place it - Trieste is a wonderful place to stay at if you are visiting Galway. Mary makes the best scrabbled eggs i've had in my life. The breakfast is big and you will not complain over it. Too good! The room was good. Me and my friend had a double room with separate beds it was great and very cosy. The host Mary was very helpful and friendly. Had Wi-Fi. Hurray! Great paintings around in the house. Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day. Despite the weather being cold the room was kept at a lovely temperature. Sharon, the lady of the house, was very pleasant to us and helped us out with any requests. Friends of ours that stayed

  The Sunrise Lodge B&B was so fantastic. It exceeded all of our expectations. Paeder and his wife were so wonderful! The room was cozy and extremely comfortable. The powerful shower was especially wonderful after traveling for close to 36 hours. Paeder really made it wonderful. He even looked up directions and drew us a map to - The service, facilities and breakfast were marvellous and the location on Galway Bay and walking distance to Galway City shops and restaurants was perfect. I mistakenly left an item of clothing in the cupboard and the proprietors were kind enough to parcel it up and post it at their expense (which I could not in all fairness accept) speedily to us in Australia.

The bathroom no smaller than many of the B&Bs we visited and spotlessly clean. We would return should we find ourselves in the area again. - The White House is located only about a kilometer to the west of the Spanish Arch and so it does not take very long, (it can easily be walked) to get into the restauarants and shops that are are around the area of Quay Street in the town centre, The hotel is like a good standard of B&B although the breakfast is charged seperately but at a very reasonable rate.
