Mary was a wonderful host. Greeted us with open arms as soon a we walked in the door. She told us everything we needed to know about the area from where to catch the bus to the best places to eat & drink. She also made us a delicious irish breakfast in the morning. Mary makes the best scrabbled eggs i've had in my life.
The breakfast is big and you will not complain over it. Too good!

Room was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was the best that I've had in a long time. Keep up the good work. We will definately be coming back again. Located in a lovely spot, not far from the beaches and the restaurants / pubs of Salthill. I would recommend this b&b to anyone. -

15 m - Myself and a buddy were up in Galway for two nights for a friends birthday and we were delighted with the service we got at Ocean Crest. Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day. Even after we had paid and were about to leave, the hostess was still eager to advise us on sights to see on the next leg of our trip. That was testimonial to her sincerity. Her mother also had beenagreat help to us in finding restaurants and music venues. -
very nice b & b located right between salthill and galway. easily within walking distance to both and across the street from the bay. decided to stay two nights but it was booked the second so the owner found us a room across the street. very friendly.

The service, facilities and breakfast were marvellous and the location on Galway Bay and walking distance to Galway City shops and restaurants was perfect. I mistakenly left an item of clothing in the cupboard and the proprietors were kind enough to parcel it up and post it at their expense (which I could not in all fairness accept) speedily to us in Australia.

The White House is located only about a kilometer to the west of the Spanish Arch and so it does not take very long, (it can easily be walked) to get into the restauarants and shops that are are around the area of Quay Street in the town centre, The hotel is like a good standard of B&B although the breakfast is charged seperately but at a very reasonable rate.
