  This hotel is excellent value for money. We had a triple room that was very clean, quite big and good light from the two big windows. The windows were well insulated so there was virtually no noise from the street below. Brigette on the front desk was very friendly and gave us loads of info and assistance. It is very close to the r - Very good location. Minutes from Gare Train Station. Minutes to the main street with shopping area. Staff was English-speaking, really trying to help with directions. Hotel does not take checks, but cash works just fine :) Very clean, towels changed every day, bed was made also very day (lest admit, it does not happen every time at hotels). You have to pay on arrival. Breakfast available, but for 6 euros per person.

  We stayed here only for the last night of our holiday, because it was very near the Railway Station (we had no car) and the stop for the Airport bus was only 50 metres from the door. So it was an ideal departure point. We enjoyed a short swim in the pool on level 1.   Nice Art Hotel is a very nice hostel for backpackers or people who have limited budget, and is located right in the center of Nice (very close to the train station). I stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed it because the bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. It was safe to leave my stuff in the room and not to worry about it. The WCs and the showers are relatively clean. The breakfast is good. If you are looking for cheap but reasonable place to sleep - go for it!
