Location is great, as the train station is within a few minutes walking distance, not very close to the sea- a good 20 minute walk to Old Nice or the Promenade des anglais, tram is nearby as well... Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. The apartment was very clean and close to the railway station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The kitchen was well equipped which was great because we like to do a lot of our own cooking . It was very quiet . Just a short stroll to the shops. Would definetly recomend staying here.

Room is wide with large window. Bathroom made of marble, clean wide with excellent shower. Saloon is newly made with cute design, you can enjoy your morning coffee in its beautiful balcony. It is close to all what you need of shopping centers, center of the old city, local restaurants and of course the beach. Nicole and Olivier are generous, helpful, friendly and offered amazing hospitality. I'd stay there whenever I visit Nice. -
It is not a hotel . It is like home. Beautiful decoration,snacks,drinks, everything is so cozy and the whole family are so sweet and helpful. it's really a good memory for us.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

We stayed in Siam room - real Thailand in the heart of beautiful Nice.
Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect.
I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

Excellent hotel. So close to the beach and amazing value for money. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could do all our own cooking. Would stay here again next time. -
Excellent location, very close to the promenade de anglais. Very close to supermarkets also which made eating in and travelling on a budget an easy matter esp with kids.
