  Appartment - the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity. couldn't fault them.   We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely, it had ever thing you needed. Loved the separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area, and it had its own balcony. It was in the greatest location, walking distant to every-where. The staff were all nice and most helpful, on asking they let us have a late checkout for no extra cost, can't ask - Location to Cbd & public transport ideal. The staff are all friendly & helpful in every way. Being self contained was excellent and kept dining costs down, especially when staying with children who only need toast or cereal for breakfasts & a simple sandwich for lunches. Would stay again & every time when in Brisbane.

  I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order.   Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... was die leute sagen » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

  The apartment was really beautifully appointed and the ensuite was a treat we don't have at home. Everything worked and the balcony is a really generous size. I was able to check in early as we had dropped the kids off at a concert in the morning which was great after the considerable drive we had had to get there.
