I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was big. Okay I had been upgraded to a larger room but it was big which I liked. Didn't hear traffic noise although very near a busy road. The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

Stepping into the 2 bedroom sub penthouse room was a step back in time and complete luxury. We loved the plush furnishings, the large space, functionality and elegant decor. The position is perfect, on the corner of Queen street mall yet no street noise. The paper delivery each morning was a nice touch as was fresh milk in the fridge. We would recommend the Royal Albert (especially the sub pent house apartments) to all.

What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall
