I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. - I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

I have stayed in high end resorts with rooms not much bigger.
