  This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. There are many eating establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks etc. - I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

  It is the best hotel I have stayed this time in USA. There is a coffee machine in the lobby offerig free coffees and teas to guests. The room is clean and comfortable.   Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm.
