It is the best hotel I have stayed this time in USA. There is a coffee machine in the lobby offerig free coffees and teas to guests. The room is clean and comfortable. The most attracting facility is that it provides free laundary which is a big convenience for a family. The free parking and wifi are also very considerate and nice. My family just like the very much. Should be back some day.
所有评语 » I was looking for a hotel in between downtown and North Gate Mall area where my children live. It was perfect. Right off the freeway but still quiet. Very secure. Walking distance to Trader Joe's. Delivery from local restaurants. Will absolutely go back everytime I visit. Amenities were right for a business room - small fridge, ironing board and iron, microwave, coffee maker with supplied coffee and condiments. Room was good size - one could hold a small conference with colleagues and not be cramped. Clean,modern ,a kind of European feel . All the basic necessities in a comfortable up to date "hip" suite for the right price. Ours was a corner room with a great view of the University district and Mount Ranier. Loved it. Like the Pineapple properties Design, atmosphere, locations....close-by conveniences (Trinity Market for the Watertown Hotel, Metropolitan Grocery for Maxwell)... liked the open balcony at the University Inn. the beds were the best ever; the spacious room, and lack of carpets (I have allergies); the view of the U. District; the little cupcakes with pineapple. Great south facing room. No dirty shag carpeting! Attention to ecological issues with easy recycling. Great weight watchers friendsly breakfast. Design and comfort. Loved the reception. Quite professional, fast and funny. Especially Chris. He and his co-worker worked very well together. Clean and comfortable. Located right next to the University which is why we were there. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The room is really nice and clean Free private underground parking with elevator direct access. The staff is really nice. Fresh design and decor, spacious room, efficient friendly staff, makes a great base for exploring the city. The design, comfort, staff,cleanliness. Amenities, ESP. I liked the unique set up of the room. It was clean and had on-site parking. Everything was just fine (even great) except for the beds. See other comment. The room was nice. The modern decor. free parking. Garage was tight.Difficult to manuver in an SUV. Bathroom fan is motion detector operated and stays on for what felt like hours. Pineapple Cafe staff not very friendly or competent. Not that much can be done, but the underground parking garage is very tight for larger vehicles. I was the driver for 5 so had a full-size car. I had to turn wide to avoid hitting the square building edges or column supports. All turns when exiting the structure are blind turns - go slow with the lights on. Parking spaces were tight for even mid sized cars. the entry to the garage is awkward due to sharp turn at bottom of ramp; parking spaces are very narrow and columns risky;. None...just hope it can be a little bit cheaper. Haha. No smoking anywhere. safe didn't work, cupboard door hinge was broken, door came off half way when opening it. Needed 2 more rugs, placed on either outsides of beds. The beds were too firm for us; my husband and I both woke up in pain. The options for privacy from the outside were all or nothing. The curtains are the only way to get some privacy. They must be down all the way for you to get privacy in the bathroom or bedroom. Some kind of sheer or bottom/up version would help. cleaning ladies a bit too noisy. Noise. I bought food and i didnt find anything to eat such as fork and spoon even knaif . The Pineapple café was a huge disappointment. At 8 am they were out of several items. The BLT sandwich was soggy and generally awful. The grit in our bed and the noise from the drains along with the noise from upstairs people. I stayed here a couple of years ago and returned because my previous experience was good and I liked the location. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time and moved after one night. I found the place run down and dirty and had no amenities other than free parking to speak of.
