This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. Excellent parking available at no additional cost - a joy indeed. The afternoon coffee and cupcakes were a nice touch. There are many eating establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks etc. .
所有评语 » I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel. . Loved this hotel.The decor and interior design of the hotel and the furnishings in the room were fun and funky. The chair, footstool and lamp was comfy. The bathroom was roomy and shower fantastic. The space in the lobby was impressive and gave the hotel a great atomsphere. The pineapple theme throughout the hotel was fun and the in room coffee machine, complimentary shuttle and free parking was fantastic too. I couldn't think of anything to fault this hotel with. I was very impressed with the. We were a family of four coming to Seattle for the first time. The location is simply a perfect place to see the city and enjoy. The free parking is the best particularly given the areas to be seen like the Space Needle and Key Area. The front desk staff, like Jacob, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient and our stay was nothing less than pleasant, fun and relaxing. Even the hotel pool, despite being small, was just right to relax and stretch out the kids before dinner at The R. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, with seating options and a good sized shower. It was well located for us but a bit of a hike from the downtown waterfront. Still very walkable. Close to the Chihuly gardens, space needle and several museums. Happy hour cupcakes and coffee were a great treat. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking! Easy freeway access. We arrived at the hotel well before check in time (9 am) and we were delighted to be told our room was ready. * Excellent location near Seattle City Centre attractions: Pacific Science Center, Space Needle, and Experience Music Project Museum (EMP) and walkable to Aquarium and Ferris Wheel. * Nice quality decor and colors * Staff was friendly and helpful with all questions and requests * Shuttle to Pikes Market and Zoo! TIP: get the City Pass for excellent discount on Pacific Science Museum, Woodland Zoo, Space Needle view, Aquarium, and water tour. We will be back. The Maxwell Hotel is like a home away from home. The staff is helpful and courteous and their 'Pineapple' minibus takes you to most of the tourist destinations around town. The afternoon tea is scrumptuous. Spacious rooms with heated floor. Rock Bar on Lobby level is handy for eats and drinks. Absolutely perfect!. The room was very nice--cool decor and comfortable. Great in-room coffee, small fridge and microwave. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion--good quality and sustainable approach to refillable, mounted receptacles. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Amazing location one block from Seattle Center and awesome restaurants all down the street. 2 grocers within 3 block radius if you want to buy snacks. The room was always clean and the bed was heavenly! Check-in was fast and easy and loved the coffee in room and in the lobby afternoons. Hotel is very convenient to Space Needle and Lower Queen Anne restaurants. Great spot from which to explore Seattle without being downtown. Friendly staff, easy parking, strong free WiFi. Noise was also minimal. Liked the restaurant in the hotel as well. The design and colors and furnishings were funky and fun. We loved coming back to the hotel and our cool room. Pineapple muffins in the afternoon were a treat. The shuttle service was a huge plus. The neighborhood is filled with excellent restaurants. The hotel is nicely furnished and the Pineapple hospitality logo fits. They are friendly and helpful. In the afternoon, they offer cute little pineapple cupcakes and coffee in the lobby. I think that's a nice touch, and the cupcakes are wonderful!. The Maxwell is only 2 blocks from the Seattle Center which allows you to easily walk to and from. The rooms were nice and my kids enjoyed the pool. There are quite a few nice local restaurants within walking distance as well. nice size room (two queen beds) nice to have microwave and mini fridge! kurig coffee and tea in room...popcorn and bottled water provided in room..decent pizza restaurant in lobby and mini coffee shop...would stay again. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated our early check in and late check out. The courtesy shuttle bus driver was a delight. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely stay there again. The decor is fun and modern. The room was very clean and spacious. Quiet and still close to all amenities. Squeaky bathroom door, that woke other person each time someone used bathroom at night. Nothing!. I wish there was a jacuzzi with the pool. I smelled a lot of weed on my floor,so I hope those ppl got charges the $200 fee that I wouldve been charged if I had smoked a cigarette in my room instead of going outside every time. Pool a bit smaller than photo might suggest. Still ok for kids. Be aware that with letsbookhotel.com, taxes and fees are not added. Those came to over $100 after four nights. Just so you know. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself. The shuttle bus they offer could be more flexible and efficient. No bathrobes. Nothing. The pool is tiny! Don't expect your big kids to want to swim. Plan on adding around 20% to your bill for tourism fees and taxes. That I didn't get to keep the yellow umbrella they leave in the room for you to use while you there....it is Seattle and it rains there. Very thoughtful. Nothing. It was not possible to close the drapes to block light from the window. Also, the accessible shower did not funnel water sufficiently into the drain; water ran out onto the floor, which created a slip/fall hazard. Could use more in-house dining facilities. iked the shower! Missed not having a tub. Parking spaces are very tight in the parking garage. Pricy. The fact that there was only one comfortable chair in which to sit. This was a room that contained two queen beds, so it must be for more than one person. A continental breakfast would have been nice. Lots of construction in the area but can't blame the hotel for that. Looking out at a parking garage. We sat for 20 minutes to get a drink. Asked for menus. Waited 20 minutes. Went and got menus. Ordered food and 2nd drink. Waited. Waited. Waited. Food never came. Left hungry and thirsty. Summary 1.5 hours. 1 drink and a lot of waiting. You would think they would be aware when a sold out Key Arena event was happening (2 blocks away). I don't blame the servers / bartenders. They were doing what they could. Poor management. the room above us, we could hear when anyone was walking and it seemed to us they walked A lot. not a thing. Not quite as close to the Queen Anne area as we normally stay. Price was a bit steep it does nothave aspa hot tub for the price it needs one. If on a budget this is not it but youwant relax this is the place. Nothing!.
