Good breakfast buffet, although if you have a long stay, it would get repetetive. large spacious rooms, higher floors have terrific views. Staff very helpful - we were given a free upgrade to a suite with whirlpool bath and double aspect - lovely. Would definitely look out for Drury hotel chain again.

  I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close.   Most comfortable beds around. I love the location close to everything, the Riverwalk, the Mercado, and the Alamo within a short 10 minute walk, but outside and away from all the noise. Beautiful hotel with fantastic made to order breakfast and evening snacks. Very accomodating staff to help with every need. Although the hotel was busy there was room for everyone. Food constantly replenished and attentive staff.   My wife and I have just returned from a 3 week touring vacation of southern states in the U.S. 1 night of which we spent at the Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Downtown. We had done a fair amount of research as to where to stay in San Antonio, somewhere peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to the touristy things in San Antonio, (The A... 别人怎么说 » lamo, Riverwalk etc). Arrival: Upon arrival at the hotel, the valet parking guys were eager to assist, after driving for 7-8 hours, a welcome sight. T - Staff was excellent. When checking out, I discovered that I had left my credit card at a eatery on the river the night before. The young lady at the desk was very helpful in helping me track down the name of the restaurant and calling them to locate my card. The manager had my card and she arranged for me to meet him and pick it up. Thank you for your extra effort in resolving what could have been a very inconvenient exercise of credit card replacement.
