I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Also we rented a car and the car rental was just a few blocks away. We would definitely recommend it to friends to come and we would stay here again. Thanks for a nice time!.
所有评语 » Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect. I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!. Very nice lobby area. Large area with many great places to sit. There was also a small bar that opened in the evenings Breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast all 5 mornings were so nice Great workout room. Very clean, room was very nice and clean we asked for a a shower chair for my spouse who is an amputee and it was there! Breakfast was good, just which we could have stayed longer to do some site seeing. Staff was exceptionally gracious and accommodating. Took me to car rental midway during stay, even though there was no real need. They volunteered!! Rooms were large, well appointed. Esp liked free wifi!. The hotel was nice, the front counter receptionist was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, hot, and plenty of room to sit. I would definetly book again at this hotel, just prefer more space. Hotel had a great atmosphere everyone was very friendly,and helpful. Easy access to highway rooms were great and so was the free breakfast. I would strongly reccomend this hotel. We came up from the Rio Grand Valley to meet our family who were flying in. Service was wonderful and friendly, rooms were great and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very convenient and comfortable. Our daughter and two children joined us at the Suites and we were all happy with the arrangements and cost. Breakfast was great! Pool hours are awesome! Nice cold AC. Close drive to Riverwalk and Six flags. Great parking! Free wifi!. The room was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The house keeper 2 days later knocked on our door at 10 and asked us to leave because she had to clean 50 rooms that day. Other than that the stay was very nice. Nothing. The room wasn't as big and roomy as it shows on the website. Not enough closet space. The indoor pool was too small. But overall everything else was good. We ran out of towels in the pool and in our room. There was nothing we didnt like!. - parking. Breakfast was not very good :( waffles were stale that's usallly my favorite ......thinking maybe waffle mix don't need to be in cups it dries up and gets old faster maybe try something different to keep waffle mix fresh. Can't really think of anything. nothing. Bathtub was slippery; my daughter almost fell. Breakfast was horrible. the tv did not get all the channels that were listed on the guide. Nothing I disliked or believed to be less than excellent. No clean towels one day. None. We had to ask for bathroom supplies one day because they did not service our room one day. No cons. The breakfast could have been a little better, though not bad. Was disappointed that the hot tub was not working when I book a hotel that is one of the key features that I research and reason for stsying. Just one minor issue with the room. The toilet wasn't tightened down, it wobbled every time someone sat on it. there was gum holding the plastic liner in the ice bucket, in the 3 days I was there they never made up the bed nor vacuumed the floor. I don't know how much I'm going to pay for that night. Room service comes to early. I ordered 2 queen beds and got 1 king size bed. My daugther and I were in town for the George Strait concert as her graduation present. We were disappointed we had to share a bed. Our room was not cleaned daily. Housekeeping just picked up towels, never replaced them or our coffee cups. Housekeeping didn't clean my room and they don't use trash bags in the rooms. I was there two days and got no cleaning service. The beds were not made. The ice bucket was not emptied. Bed was broken and maid service didnt clean our room. The chlorine in the hot tub was way too strong; my husband and I turned on the jets, but quickly had to turn them off because the chemical was so strong it burned our eyes and made us cough.
