  We were just several blocks from downtown, on the city bus route. City bus fares are excellent in San Antonio for seniors. It was also just 4 blocks from the Amtack station. The neighborhood is on a fringe area but we (2 men) felt safe.   The Rooms were very clean excellent Had some trouble with the wall outlet where the router was connected , But that's about it everything else was fine even the swiming pool . - The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Good TV, microwave and mini-fridge. All modern accomodations.

  I liked the large bathroom mirrors. The locations was convenient and we had an inside room away from the traffic noise. The service was good. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.   We loved the staff. Their personalities and there willingness to go out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for them no matter what you needed or asked. I cant say enough of wonderful things about this people. Everything was in walking distance of the Riverwalk.
