  My Mother and I were on a trip to see friends. We had been at a horrible hotel and needed to move. I found this place through letsbookhotel.com and gave it a try. It had creature comforts and if we had not made plans for dinner, we probably would have been more than happy to cook together at the hotel. We all felt very "at home" there and it was fairly close to the downtown Spokane city center.

  We love this hotel! So convenient, right next to the airport. Not having to deal with unpredictable traffic when catching a flight out. Hotel shuttle is so convenient! Cleanliness...polite helpful staff at desk, breakfast staff person greeted me with nice smile and offered to close dining room window that I was sitting next to.   I did like that they had a friendly staff. I was checked in right away. When I asked questions they answered for me. They seem very knowledgeable. The spa/Relaxation was amazing. Just what my husband and I needed. - The entire staff was terrific: friendly, responsive and available. Food was delicious and generous.
