Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards.   I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  The young Man who checked us in was very nice, courteous, and professional. I asked him if we could have a floor level if they had any available? He said they did and one close enough to the office. I didn't even need to explain why. I don't need a handicap room just yet but as I get older I just might. I used to sell high~ - Spacious. Very reasonably priced. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

I couldn't work the coffee maker in the room and the front desk guy brought me 2 cups of coffee at 6 am..the lounge with the free snacks and yogurt and water is amazing and a classy touch.   Loved everything, pet friendly, quite expensive the pet fee though, but the hotel was truly nice! Very clean!! I have stayed in places with hair in the bed, and trash in room still... Not this place, was sparkling clean, the kitchen was really nice, brand new stainless steel appliances, super comfortable bed and pillows.... It is a 20 min drive from Seattle Premium Outlets. My husband and I wanted to go out and have a few drinks and they have a shuttle that drove us to a local pub and then picked us up after.

  This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room.   My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door.
