  The young Man who checked us in was very nice, courteous, and professional. I asked him if we could have a floor level if they had any available? He said they did and one close enough to the office. I didn't even need to explain why. I don't need a handicap room just yet but as I get older I just might. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

  My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door.   My Mother and I were on a trip to see friends. We had been at a horrible hotel and needed to move. I found this place through letsbookhotel.com and gave it a try. It had creature comforts and if we had not made plans for dinner, we probably would have been more than happy to cook together at the hotel. We all felt very "at home" there and it was fairly close to the downtown Spokane city center.
