  I did like that they had a friendly staff. I was checked in right away. When I asked questions they answered for me. They seem very knowledgeable. The spa/Relaxation was amazing. Just what my husband and I needed. - The entire staff was terrific: friendly, responsive and available. Food was delicious and generous.

Nine-O restaurant has excellent food, though some items definitely over-priced (read $4.25 for a glass of milk). Though I did not indulge, they have two, yes TWO happy hours per day, every day. I had never heard of them before but this is a great local chain and I would highly recommend giving them a shot. Very pleased.
