VERY IMPRESSED!... with the comfort (memory foam mattress) of our spacious King Room, the look of the Hotel and it's courteous and friendly staff at the front desk and the maid service. At the time of booking we requested a quiet room on the 3rd floor with a nice view and we recieved all three!

The location was great for what we were doing. The room location was far enough away from the ice machine so as not to be noisy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I did like that they had a friendly staff. I was checked in right away. When I asked questions they answered for me. They seem very knowledgeable. The spa/Relaxation was amazing. Just what my husband and I needed. -
The entire staff was terrific: friendly, responsive and available. Food was delicious and generous.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean and easy to find. I liked that coffee or tea was available at all times in the lobby with a nice place to sit in the dining room and relax, cookies were delicious! And the coffee was good! Nice place, and if I'm in Spokane again, I will stay at the Quality Inn.

Well-appointed and up-scale. Staff is extraordinary with very few exceptions. Nine-O restaurant has excellent food, though some items definitely over-priced (read $4.25 for a glass of milk). Though I did not indulge, they have two, yes TWO happy hours per day, every day. I had never heard of them before but this is a great local chain and I would highly recommend giving them a shot. Very pleased.

My husband and I came for a family funeral, but this hotel was so elegant and romantic we forgot while we were in town. We loved the overall décor and ambiance of the hotel, the pool/spa, the rooms, the excellent buffet breakfast in the morning and the free fruit and cookies available during the day. They also had good Wi-Fi speed and gave out free USA today papers to every room. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time.
