  Being away from craziness and noise of South Beach but also near ocean/beach. Even though my room was lame in terms of location (on first floor facing common courtyard/no pool view) it was very quiet and clean, especially considering it was spring break.   I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, for 6 days during a conference. Location is perfect, one block away from the coference center and Lincoln Road. The room itself was also very good, clean, with modern decor/furniture. Overall, I think for the - The staff is very friendly, the price of the hotel was really good if to compare to the other hotels. The hotel is rather small, so there are not many people you meet and no noise. The room and all the territory was clean, the room was cosy and quite big with all the stuff in the kitchen. It is obly 1,5 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes away from the all restaurants, shops etc. Really great choice!

  I stayed for 5 days with 4 friends in a private room. We had a great surprise that the room was very large, with many beds and a complete kitchen! And the plus is that the private rooms have parking space, which in Miami Beach is a HUGE plus, since it is very difficult to find places to park.
