It offers everything the discerning tourist could want in terms of location, (right - We had a balcony apartment which was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all necessary facilities. The location, although not Downtown or on Southbeach was great, across the road the park and beach. We couldn't always park infront of the hotel as it is located on a busy road but we were never more than 1-2 minutes away.

It was an amazing value. Lots of space in the room, yes the furniture is a bit out of date, but it worked perfectly fine and it was very clean. I will always stay here when I'm in south beach. They are also very flexible with check in and check out times. My flight arrived at 9am and they let me into my room well before the designated check in time.
