I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, for 6 days during a conference. Location is perfect, one block away from the coference center and Lincoln Road. The room itself was also very good, clean, with modern decor/furniture. I've read some reviews complaining about the noise, that was not an issue during the time I was there, but I guess most of the guests were also going to the conference, and it could be a problem if the hotes was filled with young people looking for fun. 所有评语 » The staff is very friendly, the price of the hotel was really good if to compare to the other hotels. The hotel is rather small, so there are not many people you meet and no noise. The room and all the territory was clean, the room was cosy and quite big with all the stuff in the kitchen. It is obly 1,5 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes away from the all restaurants, shops etc. Really great choice!. Its looks are deceiving on the outside, so I understand why some might be turned off.. however rooms are better than any 100-$300 room in SoBe. One-bedroom apartment with kitchen bathroom for less than $500 in SoBe is Awesome :) Furniture and rooms on their own are what is shown on the website :( (Cannot stress enough how big the rooms were compared to any other site in So Be). The location is excellent. It's near to beach, restaurants and most happening places. It's really value for money. Rooms are very clean and hotel representatives are very good. You may feel like bit old apartments are modernized. Overall it's good value for money and would prefer to stay here for my next visit too. Stayed here during the 2013 WMC and location was perfect, though in the hub of Miami Beach the hotel was still peaceful! The staff were very helpful and our room was perfect for its purpose! It was a very clean hotel and though not luxurious it was comfortable, spacious and allowed us to relax in a safe environment. The staff was amazing. Anything we wanted or wanted to do, they could provide. I got muscle cramps from the heat and the staff got me ice packs. The staff told us the best places to eat, booked us on a fun tour of Miami and even told me which Cuban Cigars to buy. The room was comfortable, clean and cool!. Great location: quiet street, with affordable parking (everywhere in Miami it's expensive, so we thought it a good deal, 20 dollar / 24 hrs), rest of Miami Beach is walkable. Nice, well appointed, clean room. Atm, icemachine and vending machine in building. Lot's of tips on restaurants, supermarket etc. The hotel is really good. It is located nearby the beach, Ocean Drive, stores, etc. The staff is very helpfull. The room was large and cozy. It was cleaned every day and equipped with all you need for cooking - an electric cooker, a coffee maker, a toster, a microwave owen and the set of dishes. The location was excellent, central and close to the beach and no noisy bars or restaurants nearby. The staff was great, always willing to help! The room was comfortable with an awesome kitchenette. No complains whatsoever, the hotel is perfect!. Clean, tidy, fairly quiet with microwave, fridge and hot plate for cooking. Robert on front desk was fantastic and even dropped us out to Bayside on his way home one day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Everything! Quaint, clean everything you could ask for, including hot water. The desk staff was caring and helpful. We had just come from a two day ('comped) stay at the Ritz Calton 3 blocks away. The restroom is very small, and could be uncomfortable if there were more then two guests per room. There is no restaurant or swimmingpool, or even a phone in the room. There are no elevators, which makes bringing the luggage up and down difficult. There are really no minuses, everything was perfect, so will stay there next time too if we go to Miami again. Walls were paper-thin.. if someone in the room next to you was talking at regular voice, you would hear them. That we didn't have more time to stay. Noises from courtyard can be loud because of structure of the building (we used earplugs anyway, so no problem for us). A 24 hour front desk would be nice but what they have works fairly well. The room was carefully laid out, but you had to walk carefully between the furniture. The inner courtyard was used as a gathering place and it could be a bit noisy. But it was a weekend night in South Neach!. Nothing. The air conditioner was on all the time because the room was quite warm. Nothing this really is value for money in a great location. Only note is no pool however a 100 meters away is a perfect beach with lovely blue water!. Maybe because I was in a single bed..I found the bed was not as comfy...but that's about it.hotel has my highest recommendation. The room doesn't have tissues and fan in the bathroom. The hotel recommended a trip to the everglades with half-price tours. But from reviews on the Internet this is not a good company to go with. We chose a different company,. Not really a dislike just a warning that they have a limited amount of parking so make sure you reserve a park in advance!. Only staying one night. Bed was very saggy in the middle, borderline uncomfortable. Bathroom had no ventilation. leaving. nothing. View Room size too small. Nothing. Small room/washroom. Reception area is too small. Needs proper reception desk but overall nice. Dark Rooms. Bathroom a little small but certainly managable. We were not aware that we had to reserve a parking, and then they did not have any available and had to park around the corner and pay 20 usd. They were busy with a drill in the tiny reception while we were trying to check in and did not bother to stop it, so could not hear what was being said. Common areas are just so-so, in need of some refurbishing. Bathroom is ridiculously small!. Room/bed to small for a family No breakfast A little pricey, especcially because parking costs additional 20$. Bit run down. Room cleanliness sucks, washroom very small, Expensive and small for the family couldnt get any extra bed. Do not stay here at all! - More than 1 hour to checkin. And the whole reservation had already been paid! - Two of the rooms of my group were not cleaned. One of the rooms had no towels. - Noise from 8 am due to a renovation - Everything old and falling apart. One of the rooms had termites dust. - When we were leaving, a notice of water disconnection was placed for pending payment.
