  Everything. Catherine at reception was wonderful and her staff very supportive and friendly.   We loved the Dauphine! It is close enough to Bourbon, without the noise and other nonsense. We were given a room across the street from the main hotel and it was absolutely lovely. A calm oasis compared to the madness of the French Quarter. Also if you going to a conference at any of the major hotels, the Dauphine is a quick walk to all.   The room was pretty much what we saw on the internet, so pretty much what we expected. The courtyard and our balcony overlooking the the courtyard was really nice. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what little we had was quite positive.   Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would not stay anywhere else. Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions. It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would stay there again.

  This is a nicely decorated hotel with updated facilities and very comfortable bedding. Well appointed, richly decorated, compact rooms. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful.   This hotel provided exactly what we needed.They had breakfast in the mornings , a friendly staff ,located right outside of the french quarter (and I mean like on the other side of the street)great pet friendly hotel .There is a park that you can bring dogs to a block away and the hotel does not smell bad because of them allowing pets.   Close to everything! We paid for a one Bedroom but were surprised and given a two bedroom for the same price! Staff was very friendly and called To see if we would like our room cleaned.   Upgraded to king size bed. Quaint location w/garden patio. 1/2 mile walk to French Quarter. Hosts were nice. Breakfast was fantastic. I was allowed 12pm check out which made a big difference to me. I would return again.
