Close to everything! We paid for a one Bedroom but were surprised and given a two bedroom for the same price! Staff was very friendly and called To see if we would like our room cleaned. The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing very clean and a beautiful courtyard! Is right across the street from wonderful live music venues And right next door is a restaurant called 13 which has amazing food! You can hear the Music playing from your room which we thought was wonderful since we are music lover.
所有评语 » The room was up-to-date; had a full supplied kitchen and full refrigerator. Had two outside seating areas facing freanchman st that made it great to listen to music. Staff was great and our room opened up to the pool and hot tub. Great location in the heart of New Orleans with easy access to the french quarter. Plenty of room for a family at a great price. Nice pool to cool down in the summer heat. Easy access to parking at the back of the hotel. I was reluctant and generally stay in nicer name brand hotels. Frenchman was spacious, very nice kitchen, hard flooring was clean. Pool area clean. Eat at Praline Connection and Elizabeth's both near and great values. I loved the location with the privacy and musical seclusion. My children enjoyed the pool, while my husband and I enjoyed walking to the enjoyable night life. The secured parking lot was wonderful. We loved the location. The apartment was so close to everything we wanted to do, we walked everywhere. It was also the most reasonable prices we found without staying outside the city of New Orleans. The location is excellent. Very close to many music venues. And only a hop skip and jump away from the Quarter and Jax Square.. The Staff is great ,very accommodating and friendly.. Loved the location and the staff was great, especially Gabriel at the front desk. She had lots of wonderfull suggestions and was so nice. It felt very comfy and we had a lot of fun. Location is absolutely spectacular on french mans street. In the heart of the party. We had an awesome time. Room was a suite and was clean pool is beautiful. Staff was really nice. For the location and price it could not be beat. I liked the parking lot location and the safety I felt because of the passcodes needed to get into the building. The location and the apaetment. Right on Frenchmen Street where most of blues and jazz clubs are Clean and basic Secure and gated. Great location the nearest jazz club is only a few steps away and there are also others within minutes walking. The staff are incredibly helpful. The suite was a good size, well appointed, and clean. The location was great for activities on Frenchmen St and walking to Bourbon St. location was excellent, room very affordable, clean and relaxing, excellent staff. We will be back in this hotel.. The location, price and size of apartment was excellent. I was upgraded to a two bedroom. We had plenty of room. Location couldn't be better--and the desk staff was cordial and helpful. Great price. i liked pretty much everything about the place especially that it had two separate bedrooms. Most effecient lodging I could find in or near the french quarter with a kitchen. Everything. Location. The location to the French Quarter was excellent - easy to walk to all that you need to see. We did not need our vehicle at all during our stay. Despite our late check-in (2am) the staff were friendly. The neighbourhood looked a bit seedy, but we had no trouble at all during our stay. Our vehicle parked out front was left untouched. A really easy place to stay right in the heart of the action of the French Quarter. We stayed during Jazz Fest - definitely plenty of street noise to sleep through but some earplugs will solve that. The facilities are basic and kitsch, but totally adequate when most of your time is out and about the great city!. I liked the fully equipped kitchen, balconies & location (its about 10 blocks from Harrah's on canal) The exterior was a breathe of fresh air compared to its surroundings. Good for four family member. Location Facilities. Location. One of the rooms was lovely, decorated nice and clean. Had 2 big TV's, however the bathroom wasnt good enough. Helpful staff, good location for music on Frenchman street. Bed was a little uncomfortable and floors needed to be mopped. Jacuzzi bathtub/shower was hard to get in and out of. Can be a bit noisy when staying at the front of the hotel at night. Parking can not be reserved. Place wasn't necessarily charming but again very functional. Bed average sofa bed pretty bad. The floors were very dirty. They were in desperate need of sweeping and mopping. The apartment was outdated and the floors had not been swept or mopped in a while. Everything else seemed sufficiently clean. The location was amazing but we did hear a lot of locals making serious noise from the bars across the street until 5am...granted it was Halloween weekend. All in all we would do it again!. The bathroom tried to be a little too fancy instead of functional.. One of the sinks in the dual sink bathroom didn't work . The other had lots of gunk, slime build up caused by rust,water and a gap between the way too designer/ fancy faucet handle.. This should have definitely been cleaned!.. At the very least for sanitation reasons.. It was gross even for a group of men.. Our room wasn't always serviced, even when we put the sign on the door requesting it be made up. But it was easy enough to go get fresh towels from the front desk. Could use a more up to date tv and have designated smoking areas. Room was smoke free however the complex is not. We didn't have a remodeled room. It was still nice but would highly recommend the remodeled rooms if you stay. Mattress was way too soft. Had to ask for toilet paper instead of it being available in the room (who steals tp?!). It's right across the street from the clubs so on a Saturday night youll hear music till three in the morning. Nothing.. Floors could of been cleaner. Initially a musty odor was notes but it went away. Cleaning service was sporatic at best and stairs would be a problem if we hadn't managed to acquire a ground-floor apartment. Although I love music, it was a little noisy until Late: 3am on Thursday 4am on Friday 5am on Saturday 1am on Sunday Our apartment was on the street but I guess there were other quiet apartments!. Old room not very comfortable. Poor service for the room. Ask for one of the renovated rooms ! (we were offered one the 3rd night of our stay but didn't take it affraid it would be too noisy (ground floor). The condo/apartment was nice, but nothing like the pictures and there was only a small tv in the livingroom no flat screen there or in the bedroom like in the description. i didn't like that one day we returned to our room and there was a staff member in the room and our door was wide open. Facilities need to be updated, especially bathrooms. Tub didn't drain well and was old. The toilet was stained and quite abused looking as well. Old hotel. Street noise (music) went on until about 11:00 pm. Paying for parking at a hotel, at $12/night. 4pm check-in. No dislikes to report. Loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Not much sleep!!!. No dislikes!. tv needs updating. Can be noisy when street performers play, not the club musicians. No restaurant. As we had to get used to dramatic time difference, we did not get to sleep until about 4am local time. The maid service rang and then knocked at 9am and woke us all up. Unfortunate mistake. I would recommend to the unit owners to make the curtains more black-out for a more restful night sleep. Otherwise no adverse comments to make. There were several things missing from the kitchen. The room we had was not upgraded like other rooms with flat screen tv'S. Only 1 tv in the whole 2 bedroom apartment. We didn't receive service none of the 3 days we were there & called for towels 2 of those days & didn't get them until 1 hour before check out. The check in & check out times are not convenient either. We didn't like the bed. The sleeper bed was impossible to sleep on. All you could feel were the springs. When we complained all we were given were extra blankets to cushion the effects of the springs. We never complain but we really resented paying the price we did. The rom should only be given to 2 people. the other room didnt have hardly any dishes or cutlery. The room wasnt decorated very nice, there was an old tv and the floors were old and tired. The bathroom was dark and the bathroom suite was old and needs replacing. Not a good value, rooms old and not well appointed. Might be a great place if you're a 20 something and looking to party until the morning. Wouldn't stay there again, much better places at about the same cost. I had hair in my bed that did not belong to me. There was also yellow stains on the sheets. I asked for clean sheets and there was stains and hair on them. The kitchen area was nice looking but the bedroom and bathroom was not. For the price, I expected better. When I complained, all they wanted to do was give me free parking. I told them I did not have a car there. They were like it sucks to be you. I will never go there again!.
