There was a restaurant/bar and pool on site and the staff were very friendly. There was also a fridge and microwave in the room so we were able to purchase food from the local shop and have breakfast and snacks in the room without eating out for every meal. (The staff happily lent us cutlery and crockery to take to our rooms) The room was large and also had a sofa, which made it easier to relax, rather than just sitting on the bed all the time. There were films availabe to purchase on the tv fo.
所有评语 » Proximity to the beach. The staff was very professional. When the A/C stopped working, the staff tried to make a repair, but was stopped by the "Do Not Disturb" sign which we didn't realize was on the outside of the door. Even with that, we were given a generous discount at checkout and told that it would give out another discount if we ever decide to stay they again. Believe me, we will stay there again. Helpful, happy front desk staff. They called us a friendly, helpful, safe cab company and told us a good non commercial restaurant to eat in walking distance. Had towels promptly send up. Very efficient!!. Convenient location and a very comfortable room, especially for the price. The staff quickly changed our room when we realized the one we were given was not the King room we booked. Customer service was excellent. We had a problem with our room and the staff quickly corrected the issue and discounted the first night for the inconvenience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was great and the hotel was near a number of restaurants and shops and close to the beach!. really liked the price and the location. I was happy to find a good rate so close to PCH and Newport Beach. Price was good, staff were friendly and responsive. Liked that there was a fridge in the room. I enjoyed being close to the beach and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. Excellent service, quiet, convenient, very helpful staff and good food. Great location. It was great there were extra pillows and blankets, and the staff brought up extra towels right when we got to our room without asking for them. I liked how close we were to the beach and how close all the food places were. Pool & spa was nice. People that worked there were good. Loved how close it was to the bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful!. Room was clean, included a comfortable chair and was quiet after 9 PM. The location and price. Also the free airport shuttle. It was close to the beach, as long as you had a car. Location was great, easy access to freeway. Reasonably located, adequate. Staff was helpful. Clean, and cheap. Close to beach. Gavin at the front desk was awesome. Manager was nice guy but no help. Room was nice. TV OK. Housekeeping was wonderful. There was free Wi-fi but the connection wasnt very strong so you had to keep sitting by the window to get it. The hotel was a 2 mile walk from the beach, so with hindsight, I probably would have booked somewhere closer to the beach, but other than that, the location was fine with lots of good shops and bars within walking distance. The air conditioning stopped working, but the staff made every attempt to make a repair on it. House cleaning over eager to clean, no do not disturb signs, I had to tell them twice we're still here. On the third time I said we'd be gone in an hour, late that night when we arrived back, our room was as we left it was and our door was ajar. Expected it to be clean and apparently the door needed a tighter pull to shut properly, we were thankful everything was there and it was safe. We needed more towels and after waiting an hour after we called the front desk about this, we ended up having to ask housekeeping, (who had not cleaned our room by 330 pm) for more towels. In the end they were very helpful, but we had to get to a wedding and didn't have much time to wait. I found the front desk staff polite but not at all interested. When I checked out after 5 nights the woman at the desk did not even ask me if I had enjoyed my stay. Did not like being on 1st floor, to noisy. Complimentary continental breakfast was not included. I wish there was a complimentary breakfast- even if it was small- simply having breakfast available to you in the morning to come and get it when you are ready is a huge convenience. Could be tight on parking if you arrived late. The ice machine area was being painted and was unable to get ice. Air condition didn't work properly. No internet signal for 2 days, lost some business because of it, had to move rooms to get signal.Gym dated and too small. only enough coffee for one cup. Just that its 2.5miles from the beach but easy to find if you have a car :-). The A/C didn't function properly. It was in the front room by the door, so it didn't cool off the bedroom in the back very well. It would also turn itself off after an hour or so. The floor carpet was very very dirty that your feet turned black when walking on it. The sofa bed was old and wore out for the kids. We choose this place because it had a cafe on site. However, service was poor and my toast and bacon were cold and my eggs were lukewarm. 2 tables that ordered after we did were served before we were. A big disappointment. Got put in a handicap room even though its not what I booked. Staff not that friendly. Seemed like drug deals were going on in some of the other rooms. There was very little within walking distance. NO Microwave. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Indifferent staff on reception . They were not arsed. Noise at night and the obvious prostitution going on. Staff always yelling in Spanish during the day time between each other..So loud! Can hear people passing room due to very thin windows. So in general wasn't quiet at all. Wifi said it was connected but could not bring up email or web pages Lighting in room was bad. Noise was a bit much from the street. other than that we were there 9 nights of which 1.5 days elevator worked. There were 2 elevators. One near office. One middle of property. Our room was all the way at other end of property on the third floor. I have bad hip, boyfriend unable to climb stairs. We were not offered another room. Either we had to climb stairs ( neither of us able to do) or take elevator and walk full length of property which we did. Very difficult for both of us. bugs in the room and bathroom. So noisy .....
