My experience on my stay was great. They had handicap parking and an elevator, covered & outside parking, easy access to the freeway, the room I was in was very clean and Nice for the price, not only that , but, it is a motel so quite surprised. I would stay here again for the price highly recommend it. Never really even look at anything less that 3 stars and was seriously surprised by the high standard that was matched at Motel 6. You have everything you need and the room was cleaned everyday immaculately by a team of lovely ladies.

Everything in the room worked out well, to my surprise it even had small fridge and microwave! very friendly manager and staffs overall, enjoyable stay. definitely will come back!. We loved the staff. They upgraded our room and gave us a very quiet area of the hotel. We left our pillows we took and they kept them for us to pick up. Customer service was the best we have ever had. :). Room was clean, led tv was nice, fridge, microwave, all clean and new looking. Wood laminate flooring is nice, bathroom is large. Five stars for the staff especially. Checked in at one am, EASILY... Love the location and comfort. The manager and staff are always pleasent and curteous. Very Clean property. Our favorite motel in OC. Excellent hospitallity.. Thank you MOTEL 6 Newport Beach Ca... Location is great! The newly redesigned rooms are very comfortable, clean, and as nice as some of the more expensive hotels in the area. We stay here often, it is like home away from home. I liked the man at desk that greeted us, the room was clean and decor was up to date. The price and location (proximity to Disneyland and beaches, restaurants were great). very good value for money, newly refurbished and very clean, excellent to reach and good access to Newport, Huntington and Laguna. I liked the rooms and updated decor flatscreen tv and lighting was very nice. Clean, bare minimum, no frills place to stay. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean, well-equipped room. It is what you get when you pay so little in a city that you are in- Clean is all I need bed and tv thats it in the room. Only downside at night you can hear the doors closing when other guests are going in & out of their rooms. Can't really survive without a car to get to anywhere, but this seems to be the case for most of LA!. No hair dryer, but I guess it's worth the price I paid. Are room key was only activated for 1 night, while we paid for 2. It was a little inconvenient to be locked out of our room when we returned but, it was quickly resolved and staff apologized. Overall stay was wonderful. It was a little noisy (traffic), the noisy air conditioner helped provide white noise. Didn't like having to park all the way in parking garage late at night and carry a sleeping child and luggage while a space reserved for the manager was empty. no complaints!. Very sparse accommodations: no facial tissue, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, or drawers, so I had to stack my foldables on the night table. 1 very light blanket for bed, so had to sleep with heater on, something I don't like to do (sound, air quality). Air quality, something perfumey in the room--not sure what it was. There was nothing I did not like. Limited parking on holiday weekends. I liked everything about our stay. It was quite okay while I was there, nothing to dislike. There were many other motels down the street and some advertised a room for $10 less. Not particularly fond of the dog barking because there was a dog either next door or a door down from us. The Spa was quite dirty. There wasn't a blow dryer or those little bottles of shampoo and lotion, but I truly didn't expect there to be. No comfortable chair/love seat in the room; Heat/AC unit did not function in a quick, efficient manner. We had a difficult time getting anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. Kind of too loud the doors you could hear anything through them. Wifi was very slow and always needed to reconnect. no conection with public transport but this ins´t important. Nothing was wrong!. The floor was very worn. Very busy road nearby. cant think of anything. The Wifi was slow. Washing machines & dryers should be replaced with newer, better- functioning models. Noisy A/C. Bed too firm for my liking. N/A. Hard chairs. Too noisy. 1) people smoking on stairwell until past 10pm on Friday night....made it too noisy in my room 339 to sleep. No effort made on mgmt part to control...should not require me calling to request. 2) walls too thin, guy next door had tv blaring until after 2am Saturday night 3) I'm a dog lover but unfortunately some renters let their dog defecate on landing...not a good impression for those staying there.... For family room with little baby, better to get boiled water inside room. when I called the front desk several times there was no answer, other than that it was great. No continental breakfast. No iron or ironing board. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. Room phone didn't work. No carpet. No dresser. Not enough parking. These should all be included for the price I paid. The Queen size bed was Full-sized. Also, blow drying my hair tripped a breaker & we lost electricity every day. walls are thin- no decor- no iron or board in room-. Super-thin walls limited parking No continental breakfast Dorm feel of the hallways.
