The hotel itself was very nice. Waterpark was a hit with the entire family
Because we booked through a "third party" we were treated differently than our family members who booked directly through Radisson. For example, my bro in law got 2 FREE 2 day passes to the waterpark.... Thats over $100 , but because we booked through third party they wouldnt even offer a discount. Also, they wouldnt place my family on the same floor as my inlaws again because i booked through a third party they werent willing to change their floor
The location is great, only a couple of minutes from the Mall of America. The kids loved the water park, of course! The room are very modern and clean. The beds are quite comfy!
I didn't like the fact that the water park is so much extra money above and beyond the hotel stay. A discount for hotel guests would be great. A continental breakfast would be appreciated as well, especially traveling with a family and paying almost $100 extra for the water park.
Waterpark and location
no breakfast and difficult to get to when travelers are not familiar with the area
The room was large enough. There were plenty of elevators. There was no noise from surrounding guests while in room.
There was some plaster work in room unpainted. Bed was worn down and very noisy just from sitting on it.
Location was convenient to the airport and Mall of America.
Breakfast buffet was poor, staff sat at back table and was not at all customer friendly; area was unclean, and food was poor quality and overpriced.
Shuttle service.
Nothing. absolutely bad hotel. Bad staff. Bad reception area. No cleanliness.
