We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there were frequent shuttles for the airport and the mall! We will be making this hotel a part of our experience in future travels to the area!. This was the first time our family has gone to the Mall of America and because of our hotel experience, we will definatly be taking this trip again. From the moment we checked in til we checked out, customer service was outstanding. The shuttle to the mall was an awesome feature because parking was a nightmare. I.
所有评语 » The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The restaurant attached to Comfort Inn was great- we didn't have to travel to find a place to eat and the food was great. Also, having the shuttle to the airport was wonderful, as well as having a place to park the car while out of town. it was a last minute booking due to our family plane trip being moved from Kansas City to Minneapolis (snow in KC) and I was able to get a room. I got lost on my way from the airport and the guys at the front desk were helpful with directions. Overall a plesant unplanned experience. The shuttle was a great plus. The staff was very friendly and wanted to do everything for us. Loved to have Outback on the hotel, when tired after shopping all day and when arriving after a long flight it was nice to just grab a bite there. Great food and great staff. Price of stay/night. staff friendliness and expertise. Shuttle bus to and from the Mall of America. Breakfast and its location. Police presence in lobby, lets partiers know not too, I was just in Orlando an we had teenagers partying all night we called front desk and nothing done, if they would have done this .... Location close to MSP airport; computer service with printing option for boarding pass (although internet connection had some hick-ups); good quality room and bathroom; shuttle service to Mall of America. Continental breakfast extended hours and food selections The shuttle service to the Great Mall was phenomenal!! Hotel desk clerks were informative and courteous!!! Accomodating checkin/check out times!!. Was very clean. People were awesome. Having Outback attached was a bonus. The breakfast was good as well with a little of everything. Same food every day for breakfast although it was still good. Small pillows in the room. Bed was a bit hard. No Jaccuzzi. Thought for staying for 3 days it would have been a bit lower price. Longer breakfast hours Everyone was freindly. The only thing is the spray some kind of air freshener in the rooms that I was allergic to. Had to leave the window open and I felt ill most of the weekend. Maybe make it an option!?!. No windows were able to be opened. It is an old facility that needs a refresh. Some of the hall carpet is badly worn and soiled. The hotel was dated. It could use an update. Very long halls, no jacuzzi. No whirlpool. No hot tub with pool. No fridge in room even though it was advertised. WiFi did not work at all. Was able to connect to network but unable to browse the internet or use apps that required data. No emails, maps, etc. Didn't get much help from staff to solve the issue. No recycling. The hallways were a bit dingy and one day the maid did not show up to clean the room until well after we'd returned for the day. Failure to clean my room on the third day. Left hotel at 9. We came back at 2pm for a rest. The room hadn't been cleaned. We went out at 3 and came back and it still hadn't been cleaned.I Called and they brought clean towels. The manager wasn't available the next day for me to speak to. Air was very dry. Had a nose bleed. Tub in my room was not non-skid - it had worn off. Was very worried I was going to fall. Breakfast options weren't great - the waffle station was terrible. Wi-Fi connection was slower, and the place looked a bit dated. Really can't complain on anything!. Bed was too hard for my tastes. Staff at night were not single female friendly - not able to find simple medication for child in the middle of the night at any location...ended up going to the hotel next door to purchase. Pillows were to fat. The place was a bit worse for wear. Too many people at breakfast!. The Wifi was very intermittent and I had to reconnect too many times. The selection of items for breakfast. More Gluten free options like eggs and meat (bacon, sausage, or ham) everyday would be good. Out of the two days one day I could have breakfast the other I couldn't. Had to call 2 times for the airport shuttle. Everything was great. Not easy to find from the road. Difficult tosee when arrivingby car.
