Everything was better than we had expected. We stayed in room 401 and hope to book it again. The hotel was spotless. The shuttle to the airport was great. The breakfast was awesome! The staff couldn't have been better. Thanks much!. The hotel room was big with a king size bed, pull out couch, mini kitchen and large bathroom. The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean and there was free tea and coffee all day and night. Continental breakfast is excellent!.

Linda. The rooms were a nice size and clean. The shuttle bus to the mall was a big plus The selection at breakfast was good and plentiful. the room was comfortable and clean - great night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly and courteous. They have the most comfortable beds. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge, microwave, mini bar, just fantastic. Very clean. Nice location - close to Mall of America. Quiet. Great continental breakfast. Super friendly staff. Large room, comfy bed. Great breakfast and a laid back feeling. Mall shuttle, which was late soem of the time. Breakfast...service, pool, staff, clean room. The staff was friendly and most helpful. Room and staff Excellent!!. Breakfast was awesome. I liked the Breakfast. Quick service when room locks did not work. Friendly staff. have stayed often, this time fridge did not work well. Location and convenience of shuttle for MOA. ????. Parking could be a little better. They should add some wall mounted fans in the fitness room to provide you with a breeze while you work out on the treadmills or elliptical. does not apply, I would stay at the Bloomington Hampton again. Heat in business center. I could not find hotel. Called 800 numbers and no one knew the address. I finally checked my auto into the airport and decided to take a shuttle. Waited over an hour for the shuttle from the airport. One Hampton shuttle came, but it did not go to my hotel... They did not know where it was. Took me over three hours to get to the hotel. There should be some central number I could have called. The scrambled eggs were not fresh or tasty. Horrid parking!!! Walked a long ways in the dark didn't feel safe! Parking next to or in their lot is Very limited! I couldn't at 10 p.m. Find any parking there!!!!. My wife had just had knee surgery, and our room was 501 - as far from the elevator as we could be. That was not good, but the room was great. Pricewise a little bit on the high side. No bar. the temp in room was hard to control as the air never shut off no matter which way we turned it cold or hot, chair and couch are getting in need of replacing, dirty. Couldn't have breakfast because of the large group of kids staying.
