  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. The other staff incl. receptionists were also very nice and helpful (no problem to book a tab... 别人怎么说 » le in Lviv's restaurants, call for taxi etc.). Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)

  We arrived after an overnight train journey and were allowed to check in at 7am in the morning - bliss. Fabulous room with lots of space, great shower and a view over the town square. Great breakfast sitting out on the veranda and a good location at the centre of Lviv.   The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning.
