  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)

Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated.
