  Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was visiting my girlfriend and they were able to arrange a bouquet of flowers for me. Also the airport taxi service (15 Euro) is excellent and they arranged taxis for me when needed.   This is my second stay at the Aurora (first was August 2012). Still great value, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. As a result of Ukrainian policy I think public area smoking has decreased and thus the lobby is not quite as filled with the stench of cigarette smoke so that is good.   The hotel staff were fantastic. The hotel is very nice hotel. It is close to a beautiful park to take a night walk to. The continential breakfast is not bad. Many - I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.
