  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. The other staff incl. receptionists were also very nice and helpful (no problem to book a tab... 别人怎么说 » le in Lviv's restaurants, call for taxi etc.). Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)

  The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. The linens and towels were great as was the wifi and other amenities. - Amazing place. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated.   Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.
