  Very welcoming receptionist. Lights nice and bright. Most hotel rooms seem to think we all like to live in dimly lit rooms! - Good friendly staff who, although busy, were happy to help.

  Staff's assistance in allocating ground floor rooms as we are a film crew, travelling with lots of equipment! The quality, price and choice of meals in the restaurant was also very good, also the selection and price of wine. - The hotel is lovely and clean. I had a problem with my room and the receptionist very kindly sorted me a room next door ... 别人怎么说 » which made it easier for me to move my things. All staff, cleaners, bar staff, are all very friendly.
