  I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place. In view of this fact the price for the accommodation was excellent. I would reco - Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly put a couple of treats in the room for no charge.   Not only was the restaurant food very reasonably priced the quality was outstanding and the menu choice was just right. The room was very elegant, and provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London (oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business when we came back to the hotel.

  After having looked at more comments after booking the hotel, I have to say I was a little worried that we would be disappointed when we arrived. However this was not the case!! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily. The grounds are lovely, and the gym and pool excellent. Breakfast was included in our room deal and it wa
