The staff were brilliant and added to a very pleasant weekend. I forgot to pack my tie and with seconds to spare they found one for me which was even in the regimental colours. They were lovely girls. Taunton is a very friendly and lovely place. The facilities are practical and meet all one's needs without being overly luxurious. Reasonably priced and efficient. Staff were warm and welcoming.
所有评语 » We have always liked this particular premier inn. The staff are great as is the beefeater next door . Everything was well thought of and the staff were incredibly friendly. Proximity to where we were visiting. Good parking. Value for money. clean. comfy bed. clean bathroom. Modern decoration. Great TV. That it was newly refurbished & the big telly on the wall. Practical and at at good price, good location. comfortable bed choice of pillows and decor. everything about the hotel except the price. The rooms were clean and nicely refurb. Lovely reception staff. Service. Room clean and fresh Tea/coffee facility Good shower Friendly staff Good quality television Room temperature control. Location, easy to find. Room was comfortable. The exterior is looking a bit tatty. Nothing. The price of the room does not reflect that of a "budget" hotel. The price rise compared to earlier this year is sheer greediness on the part of the whit bread group. Nothing at all. Lack of body & hair wash in shower. Noise levels - high, when room doors where closing - all evening & during the night. small TV. the price and the price for the breakfasts - quite steepespecially when you advertise rooms for £29. The fact that we could not go to the front desk and book for next year, we had to do it online when we got home and because of this we have booked the premier inn called rushton in Taunton which is a shame but it was cheaper. Our room smelled a bit like a hospital ward :/. Largespider. Having to leave the hotel for all my meals including breakfast to go to nearby beefeater where there was not a great choice of menu. Hairdryer melted!!!. The bed was really uncomfortable Mattress so hard it was impossible to sleep. Beds very firm. The hotel is being refurbished and absolutely stank of paint, I am still, 3 days later, suffering as a result. Hotel was dated so needs the refurb, the restaurant chain (name escapes me) that was attached to the hotel was also run down. Fortunately only needed a hotel for 1 night but if visiting area again would probably use the Holiday Inn Express!. Meals at nearby resturant not very good - too much fat and grilled food. Breakfast was good, but no Gluten Fee foods i.e bread rolls etc.
