  The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture. Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.
