The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

Staff at reception were welcoming and friendly, asking room preference when checking in as to what floor I preferred. This was much appreciated as had only just become aware hotel located on busy road/roundabout. Twin room was spacious and clean and for a 3* rating, well appointed. The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves! Fantastic. The staff are friendly and cheerful.

We stopped as a halfway point to Bath. We were fortunate enough to have
a disabled parking space, otherwise parking would have been a lottery.
We were there for Sunday only and looking at the area, this was the
quietist day to be there as it is surrounded by clubs and pubs. The

opposite for an evening meal and this was excellent. -
The staff there were really friendly and helpful. Especially the female staff who looks like Taylor Swift her name is Jade. Shes really very nice. The other girl name H.. I forgot her name but shes also very friendly. They made me feel like im a family in the hotel and I really appreciate it. Sincerely thanks them so much.

The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture.
Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.

Very friendly and professional staff, were polite and forthcoming with information to make our stay more enjoyable. Payment was quick and efficient and more importantly correct. Quiet location, great facilities. Good value meal for a saturday night.
