  Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. Even though we'd had been given the wrong door code on our booking form, this was soon sorted by helpful and friendly staff with a short phone call. Overall, great place to stay. - Friendly staff.
