  My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful.   Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location.   This must be the flagship hotel in the Premier Inn chain...I Understand it has been open for around four years yet it looked as thought it had opened yesterday.   I loved the layout of the room, it was not to crowded which meant there was space to read and relax. The en-suite was amazing and I very much enjoyed the shower, even the shower gel dispenser I found quaint and easy to use. The staff themselves did not look down on me because I was a student in fact they were very efficient and charming.
