  The family room was an excellent size with a powerful shower and three full size beds. The staff were very friendly. It was in a lovely location a few miles from Oakham. We would definitely return. - Relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of staff, nice food, clean and comfortable bedroom, easy access to local main roads.

I am a regular user of this hotel and like it so much I came back for their Christmas package in 2008; I must say that the staff are always friendly and make you feel at home. Was babysiting for the family who were at a wedding at a larger hotel close to Oakham and the room rate was half that hotel and comfort wise we experienced twice as much. For a 10 min drive stay at The Old Pheasant Inn

  Really liked it , what stood out from most hotels was all the staff were young? But the most impressive thing was that these young staff were absolutely superb they had good personality s and were so efficient? 10 out of 10 for the whole team. - We had a fantastic weekend.
